Student must have completed at least 24 degree-applicable units by the end of Spring and must be continuing at LPC next Fall and Spring at least halftime. Student must qualify for a Promise Grant fee waiver for the current school year and again qualify for a Promise Grant fee waiver this next school year in order to be able to receive the scholarship funds. AB540 Dream Act students are eligible. Students must maintain a minimum GPA 2.5
