Valerie Ball Memorial Scholarship

This scholarships honors Valerie Ball, an administrative assistant at Las Positas College for nearly two decades. At the time of her sudden death, she worked for the Social Sciences, Library, Public Safety and Career Education Division. Valerie was known for her colorful vocabulary, loyalty to friends, her love of reading and of dogs. Valerie’s family, friends and fellow LPC employees funded this scholarship.
