The Nissen-Hansen P.E.O. Chapter BG Scholarship

P.E.O. is a philanthropic organization founded in 1869 by seven college women in Iowa. It has grown to over 6000 chapters with a quarter mission members. P.E.O. promotes, supports and motivates women to achieve their highest aspirations and make a difference in the world.P.E.O. Chapter BG in the Livermore Valley was founded in 1916. This scholarship honors two of our members who have passed away: Sue Nissen and Mabel Hansen.
