Online Student of the Year Scholarship

Scott Vigallon is the Instructional Technology Coordinator at Las Positas College, where he plays a vital role in supporting Distance Education curriculum, strategic planning, and the development of policies and procedures. His work focuses on enhancing the delivery of web-enhanced, hybrid, HyFlex, and online courses to provide students with flexible and accessible learning opportunities.
