Livingston Family Scholarship

James Livingston founded several medical supply and equipment businesses, which merged with a national company where he served as Executive Vice President. At the time of his retirement, the company he founded with a single store grew to 350 branches worldwide. His wife, Majorie, was a registered nurse and together they established several endowed chairs at UC San Francisco. Mrs. Livingston wanted to assist Las Positas College students to pursue careers in nursing and created this scholarship for them.
