If you are a student needing help with your "W" ID # or password, you may need your password reset. To obtain your “W” ID# or reset your password, please contact the Admissions and Records Office.
Las Positas College students please contact lpc-admissions@laspositascollege.edu for Admissions and Records.
Chabot College students please contact ccarcom@chabotcollege.edu for Admissions and Records.
If you are an employee of Chabot-Las Positas Community College District needing assistance with your password. Please contact the Human Resources Office at (925) 485-5236 to reset your CLASS-Web or the Zone password.
If you requested to have your password reset, once the appropriate office stated above has made the change, it may take up to 30 minutes until you can attempt to login to the scholarship website.

I have not received an invitation email: If you are serving as a Reference or Reviewer and have not received your invitation email, check your Spam or Junk folder. If you still cannot find your invitation email, reset your password to log in. Password recovery is handled by Blackbaud ID (BBID). See Blackbaud ID for password reset instructions.
If you are signing in with SSO as a Reference, Reviewer, or Donor, go to the Admin and Applicant tab to log in.
I cannot remember my password: Password reset is handled by Blackbaud ID (BBID). If you have forgotten your password, visit Blackbaud ID, select Forgot Password, and enter your email address. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. For additional help, visit the Blackbaud ID Password Help page.
